Chinese Horoscope Astrology

The system of astrology in china is referred to as Chinese astrology and is a dominant and influential ancient art. The purpose of Chinese astrology is to help people achieve their objectives and dreams through constant advances of the mind and soul, and self-awareness. It can help you find your reason for birth in this world, would portray what will happen in the future, and would find out the most suitable and pleasant way of life. Its ideas and rules are simple that anybody could easily understand.

Important aspects of an individual’s character and destiny can be revealed by way of studying that individual’s personal Chinese horoscope. Career direction, likes and dislikes, health, wealth, compatibility with other people are some things that the Chinese astrology system is trying to find out. This system works based on the birth details (date, month and year of birth) and a few other important concepts.

Let’s have a look at some key components of the Chinese zodiac system. Starting with the Chinese astrological cycle, it is divided into five parts that signify the five magical universal elements according to the Chinese. These elements include Earth, Metal, Fire, Wood and Water. It is believed that these five elements were a creation of the Chinese heavenly god who magically included them in Chinese astrology and its calendar.

The Chinese horoscope cycle is divided into twelve Chinese horoscope signs, each represented by twelve carefully chosen animals. These animals include the Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Sheep, Monkey, Rooster, Dog and Pig. According to the scriptures, these twelve animals were selected by the Chinese god of earth. It is believed that this god conducted a race between all the animals on earth, and the first twelve to complete the race would represent the twelve astrological signs.

Finally, there is the cosmic and heavenly (godly) force that influences the whole Chinese astrology system. This force is known as The Yin and The Yang. There are two interpretations for the Yin and the Yang. One claims that the Yin represents the female whereas the Yang represents the male. The other claims that the Yin represents the Evil, whereas the Yang represents the Good. It is believed that when these two forces are combined, they produce universal peace and harmony along with everlasting balance. The combination of these two forces is the secret behind the Chinese horoscope system.

The above is a basic, simple and concise introduction of Chinese astrology. According to the ancient Chinese, Chinese astrology is a gift of the gods and it has successfully directed and protected the Chinese from early times through modern times. It is the 21st century and the Chinese astrological and horoscope system still plays a vital and significant role in the lives of millions of people around the world.
